All of our services are administered by Registered Nurses and Licensed Paramedics in the state of Florida who operate under the direction of, and protocols approved by, our Medical Director (Licensed Medical Doctor). Dr. Sergio A. Arguello is a family medicine specialist and is affiliated with the HCA Florida hospital system. He received his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Nicaragua Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Sergio Arguello possesses expertise in treating stroke, chronic diabetes, hypertension, and various other conditions. Additionally, he recognizes the crucial role of IV vitamin therapy in supporting cellular health by providing essential vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes to our clients for efficient and effective absorption. Dr. Arguello brings invaluable experience, specialized training, and a compassionate attitude to every patient he treats. He provides the highest quality care available with the compassion of an experienced doctor to the clients of Custom Quench.

Jessica Proffit, BSN, RN is a highly experienced and dedicated professional in the healthcare field. Since earning her initial nursing degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville and her subsequent BSN at University of North Florida, she has practiced in a variety of capacities from acute hospital bedside to specialty clinic to care of complex pediatric patients, and as a travel nurse on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her passion for service to others has called her to work with medically complex, high-acuity patients as well as to work as a missionary RN in Haiti. Jessica is a natural leader and has been active in leadership in the northeast Florida community since relocating here in 2002 with the US Navy. She looks forward to bringing this valuable and much-needed service to the area and feels that the distinctive of being a mobile service will enable Custom Quench to help many in our local communities to QUENCH their thirst for wellness!
